APBA Trackside

As part of our continued commitment to modernizing APBA operations and improving the racer and club experience, we are pleased to announce that Trackside will be implemented nationwide this season as the official platform for racer event registration.

After extensive beta testing throughout last year, we gathered valuable feedback that helped refine workflows and prepare for a smooth rollout. Your cooperation during that testing period played a key role in shaping this next step.

Beginning this season, Trackside will serve as the centralized system for:

For clubs and categories that have not previously used Trackside, crew and non‑racing members will not be required to register through the system at this time. Clubs may adopt that process when they feel ready.

Digital scoring features will remain in beta testing this year. A phased rollout will follow once testing is complete, and we will keep all clubs and scorers informed as the timeline progresses.

To ensure everyone is fully prepared, we will begin scheduling training sessions this month based on upcoming event dates. These sessions will include:

We have begun identifying the first group of trainees; training dates with registration details will be sent out shortly.

This transition represents an important step forward in bringing APBA’s systems up to modern standards and improving efficiency for our clubs, scorers, and racers alike. We appreciate your partnership and dedication as we continue building the future of APBA together.

If you have any questions regarding the transition, please feel free to reach out.
