With over 25 years of motorsports experience, Potts’s career highlights include opening NASCAR’s Chicagoland Speedway, working with NHRA star Clay Millican and leading the formation of Champions Park Lake in Springfield, Ohio. Champions Park Lake has hosted numerous APBA national championships since its inaugural race in 2016. His background in motorsports and event management qualify him to guide the APBA through our next phase of growth. “I’m really excited about the future and moving APBA into our next 120-plus years of success as the oldest motorsports organization in the world.”

Will Engle — Social Media Manager Will Engle joins us as our new social media manager. Engle has background developing content as well as deep roots in our boat racing community. Engle can be reached through our social media channels.

A Bright Future Ahead President Chris Fairchild shared his enthusiasm about our new team. “I’m very excited about this team and I am looking forward to them really moving the needle of growth by using both new technologies and new, streamlined processes,” said Fairchild. We invite all members and supporters to join us in welcoming them to their new roles.
