Rule Changes approved for 2012
The following rule changes in Inboard Endurance, Junior Classes and Stock Outboard were approved by the APBA Board of Directors for 2012 effective April 1, 2012.
Other proposals go to ballot in Modified, PRO and OPC. We will post those as soon as the ballots are returned and counted.

H1 Unlimited’s Air National Guard Hydroplane Series honored its teams and drivers Saturday night, Feb. 25th in Seattle. Dave Villwock and the Spirit of Qatar team collected four awards for a record-breaking 2011 season.

Approved Referees and Risk Managers
Attached is the list of those people who have taken the proper tests and are approved as Referees/Risk Managers and Assistant Risk Managers for this year. Since we within 45 days of the April 1 cutoff for being grandfathered, no referees are grandfathered any more.
