- Jay Price still keen to race F1 Worldchampionship !
The news has travel fast around the boatracing world today, that Jay Price has resigned.
Starting to race for the Qatar Team in France in F2 after Jose Luis Del Palacio invited Jay over after seeing him racing in Cuba – dominating there, Jay has really put up some great results for the team he has raced for in over 10 years. F1 Worldchampion, and runner up in 2011 is status.
I just got off the phone with Jay, who was getting ready for the big festivas – and he explained ” After the race in Sharjah, I was so dissapointed – and when people in my team said I was responsable, I replied with, if thats the case – I turn in my resignation” Well, The team accepted it.
So, will u hang up the helmet ? ” If I can get a competetive boat and team ready – I will be there. If am not showing up in the first race, it only proves I dont think the equipment is good enough to win” says Jay Price, always hungry to race – and now also hungry for revange ?
