HUNTINGTON -- Nearly 20 of the best powerboat racing teams in North America will take to the Ohio River later this month to compete in the third Huntington Classic. Races are scheduled July 26-28 at Harris Riverfront Park. Admission is free to the public.
Drivers in Formula 2 and Formula 3 tunnel boats will be competing for the American Power Boat Association's North East Divisional Championship. The Huntington Classic is the third stop on the 2013 American Performance Racing Superleague schedule.
The events are sanctioned by the American Power Boat Association and conducted by APR Events Group, the country's premier promoter of outboard powerboat racing.
