Stock Outboard BSR Class Change

Sun, 04/29/2018 - 1:48pm -- Tana Moore

April 29, 2018

Last evening, the Stock Outboard Racing Commission approved the following change to our class structure.  This change will be effective in 30 days.

Proposal:

Change the hull length from 10' to 9'5" and the width from 46" to 44" on BSR entries using the 20S Sidewinder engine to allow uniformity with the 25XS Mercury engine powered entries in the class.

Reason:

This is an effort to reduce confusion in our rules, assist our inspection teams and above all help our new BSR class become a success.

Respectfully submitted,

Jeff Brewster

Stock Outboard Chairman
