Update
A member (Kris Shepard) has talked to Simpson on the phone. APBA's understanding is that a yellow chin strap indicates that the helmet is subject to recall. A black chin strap indicates that the helmet has been repaired. Please note that this is in regard to the Simpson SA 2015 Certified Voyager 2 helmet.
