Terry Rinker stole the show for the second consecutive year, placing first in the F-2 series of the Powerboat Superleague North American Championships on the final day Wednesday of the Three Rivers Regatta.
Rinker, 50, of Tampa, Fla., claimed the pole and led for 30 laps in the finals to finish first (16:15.98). His son, Rob Rinker, placed first in the F-3 series Tuesday.
“It’s great to win here twice,” Terry Rinker said of his second straight win.
“It’s great to come out here and perform for the great people of Pittsburgh.”
