Re : Derogation of Rule CIRCUIT 205.07.01 in view of 2017 River Marathon WC (Jet Boat FX-CX-A-Unlimited-Overall), 14-21 Oct. in Christchurch/NZL, submitted by the Jet River Marathon Working Group
Dear Ladies, Dear Sirs,
As per Art. 8.3 of the UIM Statutes, the Council vote by correspondence of 21st September on the request for derogation of UIM CIRCUIT Rule 205.07.01, submitted by the Jet River Marathon Working Group, resulted in a non-approval of such derogation.
In other words, UIM CIRCUIT Rule 205.07.01 will remain in force for the 2017 River Marathon WC (Jet Boat FX-CX-A-Unlimited-Overall), 14-21 Oct. in Christchurch/NZL.
Please take due note of the above and for informing inscribed teams and drivers accordingly.
