Bay City is one of the roughest courses on the Formula 1 PROP tour. This weekend Jessica Beegle will compete in her first tunnel boat race at the 25th annual Bay City River Roar. Although this will be Jessica's first OPC event as a driver, she is no stranger to powerboat racing. Jessica has over 3 years of running J Hydro, A Stock Hydro and AXSH Hydro among numerous other racing accomplishment one of her proudest moments was her first win in 1995 in A stock hydro.
Last fall she was presented with the opportunity by K9 team owner to leap from crew member to driver of the #99, SST 45 (a.k.a. Formula Lite) beautiful pink Revolution powerboat. Jessica will race for the K9 racing team and partner with Formula 2 driver and father, Mike Beegle.
Jessica's goals this year is to gain racing knowledge and experience in the class and promote breast cancer awareness.
