BAY CITY, MI — The 25th annual Dow Bay City River Roar drew in thousands of powerboat spectators, carnival goers and music fans throughout the past weekend.
Although official attendance numbers and final revenue totals have not yet been calculated, Dow Bay City River Roar Board President Charlie Thompson said the numbers are "looking favorable."
"It went very well, and it was extra special because it was the 25th anniversary," Thompson said.
