The APBA and Crown Partners are excited to have the opportunity to share the 2012 APBA eBusiness plan with you.
On Tuesday, the APBA Board of Directors and Over 30 Council members and commissioners had a chance to meet with the Crown Partners team and review the Business Plan presentation first hand. We've attached a condensed version of the full plan for you to review and provide feedback.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’ll find inside and how we are hoping to move forward with member involvement in further shaping this plan.
We are looking forward to your feedback on these plans, and encourage you to post all comments, ideas, questions and concerns within this post. What do you agree with? What do you disagree with? What would you like to see that isn’t specifically addressed in the plan?
Positive and Negative feedback is welcome – we only ask that you keep it constructive.
It is our hope that these documents show you just how BIG of an undertaking the APBA is taking on. Many of the changes and outcomes will not happen overnight, but the important thing is that steps ARE being taken to change the APBA for the better. We have a long road ahead of us and, with your support, we are confident that we can make the APBA a thriving and successful organization.
Thank you
