Mississippi River lower park Champlin MN coming from Hwy 10 take 169 south (Jefferson Hwy) after crossing river take left on Hayden Lake Road and take left around barricades on to West River Rd. Coming from 694 or 610 take 169 north take right onto Hayden Lake Road to West River Road take left around barricades to site.
