From I-95 Maryland exit 93 (Perryville/Port Deposit)/ To US 222N continue following signs for Port Deposit. Left at next light, Marina Park is on your left immediately at the bottom of the hill. Unload your boat there. If you are going to the VFW, turn left from the park and continue approximately three miles. The VFW is on your right just outside of town.

Ramada Perryville - $ 67.00 - mention "Ragin' on the River" - Cut off for the room rate is 8-15-2009 - call 410-642-2866.

Motor home parking $10.00 for the weekend - payable to VFW Post 8185. Call 410-642-9297 for reservations.

Approx. 1-1/4 mile/4 laps. NOT approved for records.

Region 4 Rescue

TOW money with legal boat count and start - additional prize money for 1st to 4th place boats. $50.00 and boat decal to first ten boats registered.

Friday - Welcome reception and pre-registration at the Susky River Grille, 600 Rowland Drive, Port Deposit, MD 21904 - 6:00-8:00 PM. * * * Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at the APBA tent.

Driver Check in 8:30-9:30 AM - Saturday and Sunday at the APBA Start/Finish line tent. * * * 11:00 AM Driver's Meeting. * * * Start racing at Noon each day.

$100.00 for the weekend.

-Race for the Maryland Cup Triple Crown with Cambridge and Kent Island points compiled with Ragin finishing the race for the cup.
-APBA Dress code enforced.
-$125.00 for each buoy destroyed, payable to Region 4.

-There will be tractors to the hot pits.
-NOTE: If you drive or are pushed into the outside course markers, you must stop. You cannot restart your hull. You will be towed back to the pits as per agreement with the USCG.

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
