FROM US 23: Exit US 23 at M59 and proceed east on M59. Take M59 (a.k.a. Highland Road) to Williams Lake Road, north to park entrance. FROM I-75: Exit Square Lake Rd (exit #75) and proceed west to Telegraph Road. Turn right (north) on Telegraph Road to M59 (a.k.a. Huron). Turn left (west) on M59 to Williams Lake Road. Turn right onto Williams Lake Road to park entrance.

Newly renovated Comfort Inn - 1.83 miles/3 minutes from park - $89.99 rate for Quake - 248.666.8555. Continental breakfast, shuttle service, indoor pool, sauna - included in room. Room rates held 'til June 30th.

$750 per inboard class per event - 1st-30%, 2nd-25%, 3rd-20%, 4th-15%, 5th-10%. 2 sets of Special Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (one for Fri/Sat Eastern Divisionals -- one for Sunday). Vintage - participation awards. J hydros to get 1st, 2nd, 3rd awards for Sat & Sun. Each class must have (4) legal starters to qualify for prize money. NOTE: this is a MACH Series Event. Grand Prix running as one event with one $750 prize money split accordingly. Separate agreement with ACHA independent of prize money. Additional Grand Prix award on Saturday - 1st, 2nd, 3rd - for best elapsed time.

Registration in the Racer Hospitality Tent adjacent to the pits. Thursday: 3-5 pm and 6-9 pm. * * Friday: 7-8:30 am. * * Saturday: 8:30-9 am. * * Sunday: 8:30-9 am.

Drivers Meetings in the Racer Hospitality Tent adjacent to the pits. Friday: 9:15 am. * * Saturday: 9:15 am. * * Sunday: 9:30 am (if needed)

Schedule to be as follows: FRIDAY: Testing 10 am-1 pm; 1st Eastern Divisional qualifiers 1:30-end; Grand Prix class-Time Trials; Vintage and J-Hydros two heats each. SATURDAY: 2nd Eastern Divisional qualifiers 10 am-1 pm; Eastern Divisional finals 1:30-end; Grand Prix class-two sets of qualifying heats; Vintage and J-Hydros two heats each. SUNDAY: Separate event; Qualifying heats 10 am-12 pm; Finals 1 pm-end. Grand Prix class-final qualifiers and Eastern Divisional finals; Vintage and J-Hydros two heats each. Note: Eastern Divisional race has priority over regional race on Sunday if needed. *** New this year - Racer Hospitality Tent, hosted by the Marine Prop Riders and the Quake committee - located adjacent to the pits, will be the location for registration, drivers meetings, Saturday and Sunday awards presentations, complimentary continental breakfast and lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday for all race teams. Saturday night pit party, dinner and awards presentation at 7 pm with live bands followed by fireworks at 10:15 pm. *** Vehicles towing boats do not have to pay the $6 park entry fee. *** No stay-overs are allowed in the park. Campgrounds nearby-call 248.666.1020 for information and reservations. This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
