3.**$250 per damaged buoy to be paid by the owner. This is to be paid to KNRA and given to the scorer.
4.***NO golf carts, motorized scooters, 4 wheelers or other motorized land vehicles allowed to be operated in the park, except OFFICIAL KNRA use and HANDICAPPED.
5.***Accordiing to Rule 13.11 - the water depth may be below 6 ft. in any racing lane.

8.***VIP KICK OFF PARTY Friday 6-9 pm in the park. Catered with free food, beer and live music. Open to Event Sponsors, Race Teams and Crew Members ONLY. Park will be closed during those times for meet and greet and pits will be wide open for VIP\'s to get up close to the boats, get pictures, and autograph cards from race teams. Please dress in your team shirts. Arrive prior to 5:30 to gain entrance to pits and party. ANYONE ARRIVING AFTER 5:30 WILL HAVE TO PARK OUTSIDE THE PARK UNTIL AFTER THE PARTY ENDS.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association.
