*HYDRO PITS & CAMPING AREA* - Will be at Evergreen Shores Beach Club. From I-5 North or South, take exit #104 US101 Take Black Lake Blvd. exit. Black Lake Blvd turns into 62nd Ave SW. Turn left onto Nels St SW. Turn left onto 69th Ave SW. Turn right onto Lakeside St SW. 1/2 mile on the left is Evergreen Shores.

*Flat Bottom / Outboard Pits* - Located at the Fish & Game launch at Black Lake. From North or South take exit #102 head west on Trosper Rd. SW. Trosper Rd turns into 54th Ave SW. Right onto Trosper St. SW. left onto 49th Ave. SW. left onto Black Lake Belmore Rd. SW Right onto 66th Ave. SW. left on Fairview Rd SW. about 1/2 mile turn right into public boat launch.

Camping - EVERGREEN SHORES - Fees $100 for motor homes, campers and trailers. $50 for tents with parking for **ONE** car or truck. Camping fees are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Camping fees to be paid at entry Gate to Evergreen Shores so have your money ready to go. LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE, please RSVP to Mike Waters via email--- waterboy@reachone.com. CREW vehicles are limited to TWO per team and cost $20.00 EA per the weekend. Rescue personnel are allowed ONE additional vehicle.
Entrance to Evergreen Shores on Friday starts at 11 AM.

Based on total accumulated points for both days, Saturday & Sunday

Trophies 1st thru 3rd based on accumulated points from Saturday & Sunday for ALL INB, OPC. Vintage will receive an engraved participation tag. Trophies will follow tear down at GERBER Collision & Glass----- Saturday July 9th participants may receive Region 10 Babcock Memorial points.

REGISTRATION ****** Friday August 12th---5PM to 8PM****** & Saturday August 13th---7AM to 8:30AM GERBER Collision & Glass (Used to be Bernies) located at 2838 Black Lake Blvd SW, Tumwater, WA 98512. I-5 North & Southbound take HWY 101 to the Black Lake Blvd SW Exit, then go left. Follow Black Lake Blvd SW approx 1.5 miles and you will see GERBER Collision & Glass (Used to be Bernies) on your left.
** All crew members must register: FRIDAY OR SATURDAY AT GERBER **NOT AT THE RACE SITE**
EACH race team will receive one pass for a tow vehicle and four (4) wrist bands. Owners responsibility to have crew sign waiver for the four (4) wrist bands. Additional wrist bands may be purchased for $10.00 ea. Additional car passes may be purchased $20.00 at the gate of Evergreen Shores (ONLY)
***NO*** PASSES WILL BE SOLD AT THE FLAT BOTTOM/TRAILER LAUNCH GATE, **CAR POOL--CAR POOL** Space is very limited.

ALL crane launch boats - Saturday & Sunday - at Evergreen Shores Hydro Pits @ 9:15 am both days.
Trailer launch boats drivers meeting will be at the launch ramp @ 8:30 am both Days.

RACING WILL START 10:00 to 10:30AM

PREREGISTRATION----COMPLETED ENTRY FORM (INCLUDING PAYMENT OK) TO BE RECEIVED BEFORE OR ON THURSDAY AUGUST 11th.
PREREGISTERED INBOARD $200, +$25 Inboard Fee. Vintage $180, +$10 Vintage Fee. OPC $180. $75 for step-ups.
If PREREGISTRATIONS are not received by the due date a LATE FEE of $50.00 will be charged!!!

Outboards Entry Fee – Per Day
Adults: $60-1st class/$45-2nd class/$35-3rd class & each additional class(es). (Per Day)

* NO SMOKING IN RESTRICTED AREAS!
* NO under age drinking will be tolerated.
* NO camping in the flat bottom pits*
* NO parking along the fence down or at the bottom of the hill at the flat bottom pits. (THIS IS FIRE CODE)
* NO motorized scooters or similar vehicles in the hot pits. (The entire flat bottom pits are considered HOT PITS)
* APBA dress code enforced!
* All fuel in fuel dumps---NO EXCEPTIONS!
* People using the flat bottom pits are requested to car pool at every opportunity, owners, drivers, crews-Space is very limited!!
* No dogs in either pit location**No Exceptions**

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
