All classes must have 4 boat minimum to be run!!! There will be no exceptions. ***NO tent camping or campfires are allowed.***NO motors may be started before 10 a.m. on Saturday or 12 Noon on Sunday.***PETS are allowed in motorhomes only during the event, and must be walked on a leash.***Absolutely NO unregistere/uninsured vehicles in the state park. (ATV'S 4- Wheelers, golf carts, and mini bikes are PROHIBITED.)***NO one under the age of 16 can operate a Powerboat as per New Jersey State Law.***NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED IN THE STATE PARK.***$100 will be charged for each buoy destroyed and $150 will be charged for entrance pins.***Power Mist racing fuel will be available in the pits. Please make arrangements with Rick at Power Mist @ 973-383-1061 for any bulk orders.***APBA dress code and pit pass procedures will be strictly enforced. Driver's Party to be announced.

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
