I-75 to Exit 162A (M-25 E) into Bay City to Henry St. Turn Left to Midland St., R (E) to Veterans Memorial Park. NOTE: I-75 is closed down in both directions in Detroit. Your best route is to take US 23 to I-75 and then follow the above directions.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ---- SPECIAL EVENT: CHAMPBOAT

Minimum Prize money will be $20,000 for Champ, $6,000 for SST 120 and $3,200 for SST 45 based on 15 legal boats in each class. Local Sponsorship monies available to SST 120 and SST 45 drivers who comply with criteria. Contact Fred Miller, HOTT and PTT Administrator for full details - 847-356-2924.

Friday,6/27-10:00 a.m. to noon, reopen at 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at ChampBoat trailer. Saturday 6/28 for SST 120 and SST 45 must be arranged in advance with Laurie Allen (734-281-1068)for those who cannot arrive on Friday. SLT's will register in their pit area Saturday morning.

6/27 - 9:00 a.m. at Shelter House. 6/28 - 9:00 a.m. at Shelter House.

Champ:$400 -- SST 120:$200 -- SST 45:$200 -- SLT: $150. Entries and checks for SST 120 and SST 45 classes must be received by June 19 to avoid late fee of $50. Mail to Fred Miller, 25330 Lehmann Blvd., Lake Villa, IL 60046. Champ and SLT's do NOT need to send entries in advance.

** For Divisional Championships time trials and qualification heats will be on Saturday 6/27/09. The Divisional Championships will take place on Sunday 6/28/09. The format for both days will be announced at Driver's Meeting.
** Bandit,Outlaw & Exp classes will combine for (2) two (10) ten lap heats per day or as decided at Driver's Meeting.
** Friday - insured testing at no additional cost to the drivers for Champ, SST 120 and SST 45.
** Fuel wil be supplied by Sunoco and required to be purchased and used from the truck in the pits for Champ, SST 120 and SST 45 classes.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
