FROM SC/GA LINE: I-95 South to Exit 76, take Route 84 West thru Hineville to Jesup Town Center (approx. 40 miles on Route 84). Stay on Route 84 thru town, go 6.5 miles to Route 203 (turn right), go 4.5 miles to Griffis Road (turn right), go 1/2 mile to Lake Grace Pits.

FROM GA/FL LINE: Take I-95 North to Exit 36, West on Route 25 to Jesup, GA Town Center (approx.35 miles on Route 25) to Route 84 (turn left). Go approx. 6.5 miles to Route 203 (turn right), go 4.5 miles to Griffis Rd. (turn right), go 1/2 mile to Lake Grace Pits.

Ramada Inn - (912)427-7760 * * * Days Inn Express - (912)427-2980 * * * Jameson Inn - (912)427-6800.
If these motels are full, Baxley, GA is the next closest town. There is a shorter way to Baxley directly from the pits that mapquest does not show.
RV's NOT allowed in pits only in designated area outside of pit area - no hookups.
Camping allowed in pits - NO open fires on ground, NO showers.

3 laps of an approx. 1 mile. NOT approved for records.

PRE-REGISTRATION BY EMAIL NO LATER THAN OCT. 19, 2009.

Sat. and Sun. * * * Immediately following registration * * * in the pits - 9:30 a.m.

J Classes and K Pro $15.00 per class per day Sat. and Sun., 3rd day of racing for these classes is $10.00 for drivers under the age of 16, all other classes including AX Classes for drivers 16 and older $30 for first class and $25 for second classes. If we are able to race a third race, entries will be $20 per class.

We will try to run 3 days of racing for the kids' classes (J's and Kpro) and possibly other classes time permitting.
Any classes with less than 5 entries will be subject to combination and/or 1 heat.
No vehicles allowed in pits unless you are hauling or towing boats.
RV's and campers must check in with Risk Manager, Bob Dunlap, prior to setting up or you may be asked to move.

We will not be running any capsule classes.
We will start racing early on both days.

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
