VINTAGE will do EXHIBITION FLY-BYS both Saturday and Sunday.
TESTING is open to Inboard and Outboard.

Waterfront Park on Friday, May 15 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
Saturday, May 16 from 9:30am to 11:00am.
Sunday before Drivers' Meeting.

MANDATORY Drivers' Meeting at 11:30am Saturday. You will not run if you are not present for roll call at the Drivers' Meeting. Driver's Meeting for Sunday will be announced at Saturday's meeting.

No Charge for Static Display.
-Vintage and Inboard Testing Registration Fees $75.00 per boat if paid before April 24, 2009 and $100.00 per boat after April 24, 2009.
-Outboard Testing Registration Fees $30.00 per boat if paid before April 24, 2009 and $35.00 after April 24, 2009.

Blackbeard’s Crew Plunders on Friday, May 15, 2009 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Belly up to the table with members of the Crew while feasting on BBQ and Fried Chicken. Two complimentary tickets per boat for Vintage and Inboards who pay their registration fees before April 24, 2009. One complimentary ticket per boat to Outboards who pay their registration fees before April 24, 2009. Each additional ticket: $10.00.

Saturday - you are invited to attend the North Carolina Potato Festival on Main and Water Street in Downtown Elizabeth City. On Saturday night you are invited to attend a Street Dance on Main Street hosted by the North Carolina Potato Festival.

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
