1) THERE IS NO RESERVED CAMPING IN BROWERS PARK. CAMPSITES ARE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME- FIRST SERVE BASIS. PLEASE DO NOT ARGUE WITH PARK RANGERS ABOUT THIS. THEY JUST ENFORCE THE COUNTY PARK RULES. * 2) A potluck dinner will follow after Saturday's racing. Please bring a dish to pass and your own utensils. All are invited. * 3) Browers Park quiet hours begins at 11:00 p.m. During quiet hours, all noise, conversations, or activity must be confined to boundries of individual campsites. * 4) In addition to other remedies, park officers may expel offending person(s) from Browers Park. Failure to leave park upon expulsion may result in imprisonment in the county jail, a fine, or both. * 5) Waivers must be signed by all drivers, pit crew members prior to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Waivers will be available at registration. * 6) ALL TRASH must be placed in PERMANENT trash cans. Trash CANNOT be left on ground even if it is in a plastic bag. PLEASE THROW IN TRASH CANS. * 7) A vehicle permit is required before entering Browers Park. * 8) NO PETS are allowed in Browers Park even if they are left inside vehicles or Motorhomes. THIS IS A PARK RULE. * 9) All camping must be done in rented campsites. At most only two motor driven vehicles and one primary camping unit are allowed to occupy a campsite. * 10) ANY RACERS entering Browers Park after offices close on Friday should camp in an unoccupied campsite. RENT for these sites must be paid by Saturday Morning at 8:00 a.m. * 11) Electrical extension cords may not be run across park roads. * 12) NO one is allowed to ride in the back of pickup trucks within Browers Park. * 13) PLEASE RESPECT THE RIGHTS AND CAMPSITES OF NON-RACERS.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
