Friday, 5/19/06 - Hilton Garden Inn - Inspection 12:00 noon to 7:30 P.M. - Registration 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. `ONLY`. YOU MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER. IF EMERGENCY, CALL 1-973-670-1231.
RACING WILL START 9:00 A.M. SATURDAY - NO SATURDAY INSPECTIONS OR REGISTRATIONS.
*Boats MUST proceed to the pit area after inspection and registration on Friday for placement by 8:30 p.m. No boats will be permitted to enter the pit area any other time, unless you have permission by the Race Director.

Saturday, 5/20 - at Pavilion - 7:30 a.m. Sunday, 5/21 - at Pavilion - 10:00 a.m.

$100.00, PLUS $15.00 for Inboard Safety/Rescue Team. Total fees: $115.00 per boat.

2. This is a Double Points Event.
3. Qualifying heats will be based on time not position towards making final heat.
4. Power Mist Racing Fuel available in pits. For bulk orders for future races call 1-973-383-1051.
5. Alcoholic beverages prohibited in state park.
6. Friday Night Kick-Off Party at the Hilton Garden Inn will be from 7:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Finger Foods and a Cash Bar.
(REMINDER - ALL boats MUST proceed to the pit area after registration for placement by 8:30 p.m.)
Saturday Drivers' Party in Pits after Races.
7. APBA Inboard Dress Code and Pit Pass procedures will be strictly enforced.
8. Absolutely NO unregistered/uninsured vehicles in the state park (ATV's, 4-wheelers, Mini-bikes, or golf carts are prohibited whether registered or not.)
9. NO Motorhomes allowed in the state park prior to Friday, May 19, 2006.
Motorhome parking is limited. Please contact Race Director to register your motorhome - coderedracing@msn.com
10. NO Tow or Equipment vehicles are allowed in the pit area unless permitted by the Race Director.
11. $100.00 will be charged for each buoy destroyed. Entrance pins will be charged $150 for each that are desroyed.
12. Must have 4 legal starters in each class in order to race.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
