Take Exit 11 off Interstate 81. To Fairgrounds, take Route 11 North. Fairground is on left after school. To lake, take Route 11 North. Take right at first light; go over bridge and take first left onto Route 26 North. Go 3 miles and turn left into Dorchester Park.

Competition - 3 laps on an approx. 1 mile course. NOT approved for records.

STOCK OUTBOARD (06000) - EXCLUDING 45SS (06330) MODIFIED OUTBOARD (05000) J CLASS (11000) CLASSIC A & B will run after Nationals are completed -- time permitting.

Plaques or Trophies - first thru fifth - to be awarded before racing each day after class clears inspection.
Awards will not be mailed after the event.


8-8-04, Sunday evening - Broome County Fairgrounds - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
8-9-04, Monday - Dorchester Park in the upper overflow parking lot - 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Late registration will be subject to $25 fee per class.

NOTES:
- We will not be able to enter the pits until 8:30 a.m. Monday, August 9.
- You will not be able to enter the pits until you have registered.
- You will not test until you have registered.
- There will be reserved pit stalls available. See the instruction in your sanction packet for reserving a pit stall.
- After Monday's pitting, no vehicles will be permitted in the pits until after the meet, unless you are leaving.
Plan ahead for moving your stuff in and out daily.
- NO ALCOHOLIC beverages will be allowed in the pits during or after racing.
Keep it outside and go there to consume it in the park.
- Do not fuel in the water and use the absorbent mat under the motor when you are fueling.
- The mats will be provided at registration and available throughout the event in inspection.
Use them every time you fuel or change gear lub.
- You must attend the Drivers' Meeting.
- Receptacles will be at inspection for contaminated fuel and oil.
- Testing will be on Monday, weather permitting.
- These events will run to the available weather and water conditions.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
