- This is a PTT Minor Series Race for SST 120 and a Singles Point Race for SST 45.
- APBA Points for all classes each day.
- Divisional Bonus Points on Sunday, unless class is unable to run on Sunday. Then Saturday results carry-over.
- Capsule Training will be held on Friday, March 19, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at YMCA 2 miles North of the race site.

- Safety Inspection will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19. Also held on Saturday, March 20 from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
- All tunnel boat classes must comply with new rule regarding pickleforks as outlined in 2004 rule book on page 57.
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association.
