*BUOYS/FLARES: THERE WILL BE A $100 CHARGE/BUOY FOR ANY COURSE BUOY(S) DAMAGED OR DESTROYED BY RACERS, REGARDLESS OF FAULT. THERE WILL BE A $10/FLARE CHARGE TO THE DRIVER(S) WHO CAUSES ANY UNNECESSARY FLARE TO BE FIRED - WATCH YOUR FLAGS!
* APBA Inboard & Pit Pass procedures will be strictly enforced.
* Eliminations: Classes needing eliminations - last chance qualifiers may be used. Main events are based on times. Legal heats will take priority and classes may be combined at the discretion of the race committee.
* Pits: Keep all non-racing equipment along opposite edge of beach.
* Food and refreshments will be available each day in the pits and at Cantina.
* Please be prepared to join APBA for the 2003 season at this event. Also, we ask that you join S.C.S.C. at this event.
* Drivers must show club affiliation card at registration.
* Showcase your sponsor and team on THE OUTDOOR CHANNEL, as well as local TV & radio.

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
