Camping arrangements will be announced on the Indiana Outboard Associations web site. Motorhomes are to be parked only in designated areas within the pits. Upon arrival please speak with a member of the race committee to inquire about motorhome parking.

• 100% Trackside: This event will be managed entirely through the Trackside system. Please ensure you are logged into your account before beginning registration.
• Credit Card Required: All registrations must be completed with a credit card at the time of registration.
• On-Site Driver Registration: All drivers must register through Trackside. MANUAL/PAPER REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE RACE SITE.
• Deadlines & Payments: Registration will remain open through Trackside up until race day, but payment is required when registering.

Onsite Registration will also take place in the Pits:
Friday - 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm ***If possible***
Saturday - 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Sunday - 8:30 am - 9:30 am

In Pits:
Saturday - 9:30 am
Sunday - 10:00 am

JH, JR,, AXSH, AXSR, K Pro H, K Pro R - $30.00 for weekend
All other classes - $80.00 for weekend

*IF YOU PLAN ON LEAVING YOUR TRAILER IN THE PITS AFTER THE MHRA EVENT YOU MUST TALK WITH GARY MILLER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE MHRA EVENT. THIS IS TO ENSURE YOUR TRAILER IS NOT IN A PREDETERMINED SPOT FOR INSPECTION AND RACE OFFICIALS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR TRAILER BEING MOVED.
*No race boats on the water Friday
*Access to the Hot Pits will be limited to APBA members or weekend Hot Pit pass purchasers only.
* Dogs MUST be kept inside vehicles or on a leash at all times while on American Legion grounds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
* Do not park on the concrete pad near the American Legion.
* The Boy Scouts will have parking for spectators in designated area. If you choose to park in their area - show your wrist band and you will not have to pay. It would be appreciated if you make a small donation.
* The American Legion will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
* NAC\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s are scheduled for Saturday with Sunday as a weather day.
* Scratch money will be handled via APBA.
* If a driver destroys a buoy, they will be charged $50 for its replacement.

***TAKING A MINOR TO THE RACE? If a minor is going to be in the Restricted / Hot Pit Area and you are not the parent or legal guardian- Off site signing of a Minor Release Waiver is OK, as long as it is notarized, the form brought to the event is the original, it must have the original colored ink and should not be folded. If this procedure is not followed the Minor will not be allowed in the Restricted / Hot Pit Area. The minor Release form can be found on apba.org - Resources - then APBA Forms - Document Name Type: Waiver - Search - the Minor Waivers are at the bottom of the list. ***

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
