TAKING A MINOR TO THE RACE SITE? If the minor is going to be in the Restricted / Hot Pit area and you are not the parent or legal guardian - Off-site signing of a Minor Release Waiver is OK, as long as it is notarized, the form brought to the event is the original, it must have the original colored ink and should not be folded. If this procedure is not followed the Minor will not be let in the Restricted / Hot Pit area. The minor release can be found on our web site apba.org - Resources - then Resource Directory - Resource Type - Insurance - apply - the Minor Waivers are at the bottom of the list.

From Interstate 95, take Exit 14 (US-74) toward Maxton/Laurinburg for 0.3 miles. Left on US-74 East for 21 miles. Right on Strawberry Blvd. N./NC-1574 for 4.7 miles. Turn slight right on NC-410/N. Brown St., continue on NC-410 S. for 13 miles. Turn right onto Lynwood Norris Rd.
