Top O' Michigan Outboard Racing Club (TOMORC) is the premier Stock Outboard Racing club in the U.S. Sanctioned under APBA, and offers affordable stock outboard racing. TOMORC is most known for what it calls the World Tuffest Boat Race. The Race covers 87 miles over two days and typically occurs in the late summer.
