Northwest Power Boat Association

The Northwest Powerboat Association was founded by former Tri-City Water Follies Race Director and long-time volunteer John Culver. Board members include Kevin Smith, Vauna Culver, Heather Filbin, Chuck Forrester, Jennifer Kuklinski, Rita Brownlee and John Walcker. The board members possess a combined 100+ years of boat race event experience including volunteering for the Tri-City Water Follies, organizing Inboard races all over the Northwest, working for H1 Unlimited and sitting on the Tri-City Water Follies Board of Directors. This represents an invaluable level of knowledge and a passion for boat racing and giving back to the community.
