Plaques and/or Trophies will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall for the weekend in all competition classes at the Riverside Cantina (Judges Stand Area) on Sunday 1 hour after competition ends.

Any boat found `testing` the `race course` area prior to drivers' meeting will be DQ'd at the race committee's discretion.
*BUOYS/FLARES: THERE WILL BE A $100 CHARGE/BUOY FOR ANY COURSE BUOY(S) DAMAGED OR DESTROYED BY RACERS, REGARDLESS OF FAULT. THERE WILL BE A $10/FLARE CHARGE TO THE DRIVER(S) WHO CAUSES UNNECESSARY FLARES TO BE FIRED. DRIVERS MUST WATCH THE FLAGS! *APBA Inboard Dress Code and Pit Pass procedures will be strictly enforced. *Eliminations: Classes needing eliminations - last chance qualifiers may be used. Main events are based on times. Legal heats will take priority and classes may be combined at the discretion of the race committee. *Pits: KEEP ALL NON-RACING VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT ALONG OPPOSITE EDGE OF BEACH. *Food and beverages will be available each day in the pits at the Cantina. Please be prepared to join APBA for 2004 season. *Join SCSC for $20 for the 2004 season. An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
